Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before booking or using any of our travel services. By booking with Goghummi Tour & Travels, you agree to be legally bound by these terms.

1. Booking and Payment

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

• To confirm a booking, a non-refundable advance payment (as per package terms) is required.

• Full payment must be made as per the payment schedule mentioned in the travel package.

• Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, credit/debit card, or other approved methods.

2. Prices and Inclusions

• Package prices are quoted in INR unless stated otherwise.

• Prices include only those services explicitly listed in the itinerary/package (e.g., accommodation, transport, sightseeing).

• Any extras (e.g., meals, entry tickets, guide charges) not mentioned are to be borne by the customer.

3. Changes & Cancellations

• By Customer:

  • Cancellation must be made in writing (email/WhatsApp).

  • Cancellation charges apply as per the cancellation policy shared at booking.

• By Goghummi Tour & Travels:

  • We reserve the right to cancel or modify any booking due to force majeure (natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, etc.) or unforeseen circumstances.

  • In such cases, we will offer a suitable alternative or refund as applicable.

4. Refund Policy

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–14 working days.

• Any non-refundable amounts (e.g., airline cancellation fees, hotel advances) will be deducted.

• Refunds will be made through the original mode of payment.

5. Travel Documents and Responsibility

• It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure valid passport, visa, ID proof, vaccination certificates, or other documents required for the journey.

• Goghummi Tour & Travels will not be liable for any delays or losses caused due to incomplete/invalid documentation.

6. Limitation of Liability

• We act as a booking agent for hotels, airlines, transport companies, and other third-party service providers. We are not responsible for their actions, errors, or omissions.

• We are not liable for any loss, injury, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by third parties or events beyond our control.

7. Health & Safety

• Customers must ensure they are medically fit to travel and follow safety guidelines issued by the destination authorities.

• Any medical costs or emergencies during travel are the customer’s responsibility unless specified in the package.

8. Travel Insurance

• Travel insurance is strongly recommended but optional. We are not liable for any claims arising out of uninsured travel.

• If provided as part of the package, specific insurance terms will be shared.

9. Use of Website

• All content on this website (text, images, logo) is the intellectual property of Goghummi Tour & Travels.

• Unauthorized use, copying, or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

10. Jurisdiction

• These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.
