✅ Booking Policy

1. Advance Payment

   • A minimum of 25% to 50% advance payment (depending on the package) is required to confirm the booking.

   • The remaining amount must be paid as per the schedule shared at the time of confirmation.

2. Mode of Payment

   • We accept payments via UPI, bank transfer, credit/debit card, or payment links.

   • Booking is considered confirmed only after payment is received and acknowledged.

3. Booking Confirmation

   • A confirmation email or WhatsApp message will be sent once payment is received.

   • All travel vouchers, tickets, hotel details, and itineraries will be provided at least 3–5 days before the travel date.

4. Price Changes

   • Prices may vary due to external factors like airfare changes, fuel surcharges, or government taxes.

   • Customers will be notified in advance in such cases.

❌ Cancellation Policy

By Customer:

1. Cancellation must be requested in writing (email or WhatsApp to contact@goghummi.com).

2. Standard cancellation charges apply as below:

Note: Flight/train tickets, visa fees, and any non-refundable components will be deducted separately even if cancellation is made in advance.

By Goghummi Tour & Travels:

• We reserve the right to cancel or modify bookings due to unforeseen circumstances (natural calamities, strikes, pandemics, etc.).

• In such cases, customers will be offered an alternative date, credit note, or partial/full refund (depending on supplier policies).

🔁 Date Change / Reschedule Policy

• Requests for rescheduling must be made at least 10 days in advance.

• Change fees may apply and are subject to availability of services.

🔙 Refund Policy

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–14 working days via the original payment method.

• No refund will be made for unused services or “No Show”.
